Terms of Service

1. The Service

ListM provides browser extensions — including InsTF, InsC, InsFo, and InsGrow — that let you export and analyze Instagram data that is visible to you while logged in to your own account. All processing happens locally in your browser; exported files are saved directly to your device.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may only use the Service with Instagram accounts you own or are authorized to access, and only with data visible to those accounts.
• You are responsible for complying with Instagram's terms of service and applicable laws when using exported data.
• You may not use the Service to collect data about other people for marketing, profiling, or resale, or for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the extensions themselves.

3. Accounts

Membership features are activated by signing in with your Google account. We never ask for your Instagram password, and you should never enter it into any ListM product or page.

4. Billing and Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record, on a monthly or yearly basis depending on the plan you choose.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time via the link in your purchase email, your user center, or by contacting us.
• Some plans offer a discounted first month; after the first month the regular price applies.

5. Term and Termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use the Service. If you violate the Acceptable Use rules above or any other provision of these Terms, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unlawful activity, we may take enforcement action, including:

• Issuing a warning and requesting that you stop the violating behavior;
• Suspending or restricting your access to membership features;
• Terminating your account and canceling your subscription — accounts terminated for violation of these Terms are not eligible for a refund;
• Blocking access to the Service and pursuing other remedies available under applicable law.

If we terminate your account for reasons other than your breach, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused prepaid period. You may stop using the Service, cancel your subscription, or request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use membership features ends immediately; provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy . In short: if you are not satisfied, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you.

7. Intellectual Property

The ListM website, extensions, and branding are our property. The data you export belongs to you and is subject to Instagram's own terms. ListM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss resulting from changes to Instagram's platform that affect the Service's functionality.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
